Takealot *****s Vouchers

I tried to buy a PS4 controller for my wife. I used a voucher that I purchased using ebucks. So i got to add the controller to my basket and then i checked out, entered the voucher and I saw that the exact amount was added as credit and hit pay. Then i got the notification that the ordered was processed and that it was on its way. Next day I got an email saying that payment hadn't been made. Checked my account and saw that it was covered by the voucher and then today i was notified that the order was cancelled because no payment was made. Very upset by this is checked to see if the voucher still worked but showed that it had already been redeemed. I contacted takealot support and they said that they couldnt tell me who used the voucher because of POPI act. I then rep**** and said that I was the one who used the voucher and that it was a very specific voucher for the amount need. They then rep**** saying sorry when cant help you and asked how i wanted to proceed. I want my money or the order. its that simple. Not my fault their system messed up and didnt registered my voucher
