Takealot *****s stock from sellers

I am a registered seller on Takealot selling computer components. It has happened a couple of times where they return products to me as requested, but then they have opened the box and replaced it with a cheaper item. The staff at Takealot are *****ing items from me, and Takealot does not respond to my complaints or deal with the issue of the theft of my stock from their warehouse.
