Takealot's new "ipay" option
<p>well as i was checking out my order, i saw this new option stating ipay eft with immediate clearance and no waiting period.</p> <p>after filling in all the information THEY asked of me! (This function automatically fills in all the details for you!) I proceeded and finished my payment! But i did not receive and confirmation email and my order remained stating that they are awaiting payment! After i emailed them they then asked me to please provide a proof of payment and reference number! All of wich their payment method fills out for you and does not show you at any time during the porcess! I took screenshots of my sms and statements and sent this to them!</p> <p> </p> <p>ONLY TO GET A REPLY THAT IT HAS NOT CLEARED AND THAT I HAVE TO WAIT 2 TO 3 DAYS FOR THEM TO SEE!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>my point is why advertise no waiting for eft to clear "immediate clearance" and then asking me to fix you're systems skrew up! This is unacceptable and quite frankly unprofessional!</p>
