Takealot *****s money!!!

Ordered a spesific breast pump only to recieve the wrong one. Decided that it works so I will keep it, requested via email that I just want the difference in money refunded back to me. Only after 2 days they came back saying I need to send the pump back and either ask for a full refund or replacement. Michelle V and Aesha E communicated with me over email, and they keep denying to give my difference in money back, which is almost 400 rand. Takealot is turning into a bunch of theives. They are taking people's hard earned money. They do not give a **** about their clients at all. Have been fighting for days to get my money back with no success. All becausr they have imcompitent people working for them. I cannot believe that they are out to just take your money left right and centre not trying to help you. My problrm is that I cannot send the pump back because I have twins to feed. I cannot go a day without the pump. But somehow they cannot get that piece of info drilled into their brains.
