TAKEALOT *****S MONEY

I placed an order with 4 items in ...on delivery 2 was broken, so they came and collect both.

I receive an SMS saying it got exchanged. So again someone comes by with the new items but they want the broken ones (which was already collected). Now they can't deliver the new ones.

3 weeks later I already paid and I have nothing, not replaced items nor broken ones..BASICALLY TAKEALOT STOLE MY MONEY.

They still come by everyday wanting to collect something, which I don't have. Starting to think I must send my baby's used diapers back to them.

Clearly they are not going to send me my 2 items that I already paid for...BE CAREFUL FOR TAKEALOT THEY ARE *****ING YOUR MONEY!!
