Takealot *****s gift vouchers

I bought 2 gift vouchers for a colleague's birthday and gave it to him 2 weeks ago. He attempted to use them 2 days after receiving them and got an error on the website that they were already used. Now 2 weeks later after querying this with Takealot the only feedback I have received is that someone else used them and they're trying to contact the person. NOTHING ELSE! I am still without the vouchers and so is the person whose birthday it was over a week ago. I have never been so disappointed with a company in my life. I am sure this is an internal issue, so beware as Takealot *****s gift voucher
