I wish the rating had 0 stars! I am FUMING! The beginning of April, I purchased 6 containers which firstly was in bad condition, looked used and was stinky when touched. Secondly was supp**** by two different suppliers which contributed to my problem. The 18th of April I returned ALL SIX. I was refunded for just ONE. Now I have phoned from the 19th of April up until now. I spoke to Tiara, Karen, Taryn, Fayzl S, Kiara F, Clintena A, Jarryd C and Inathi L. These are the names of the consultants who I spoke to and was promised that the query will be seen to. Up to today, I have received no feedback and no changes has been made. It’s been over 2 months! I’ve been a loyal customer of takealot who put in a lot of money in the company and as a loyal customer, I expected good services! I am fed up! I want my money!
