Takealot ****s customers by offering non-returnable books that are **********ly poor quality

I bought a book, Nikon Coolpix B500 Users Guide, from Takealot as a gift for my father. It was delivered eventually and it turns out it really is a ****. The English text hardly makes any sense at all. The author (David ***herd) is, I am sure, not a real person. At R385 plus delivery it was not cheap. Takealot has also made sure that this product is non-returnable. It reminds me why I try not to use Takealot. What a complete and utter ****. Am ashamed to have given this as a present. Thanks a lot Takealot. We're not happy unless you are happy - the smile guarantee. Yeah right.
