Takealot *****s!!!!

Please stop buying from take alot!!! I did a purchase of R2065 on 20/08/24 for 2xheadlight torches @R126 for the 2 and an impact wrench @R1939. Collection date was for 23/08/24 but received a mail to state Collection can take place on 22/08/24 of witch I proceeded to the pickup point in kuilsriver.when I got there I only received the torches and I indicated to the staff that I still need to get my impact wrench of witch I was told it's not there and I need to contact the call center of witch I did while standing inside of the pickup point.after 2weeks now I still have not received a refund not my impact wrench and mail after mail still nothing.iv contacted the call center more than 10 times and all I get is story after story (sumbody will call u back).this morning I called again and I was told that the system shows I received my order of witch I did not receive my wrench.the kuilsriver pickup point has cameras.R1939 gone just like that!!!
