Takealot ruins Christmas

On the 30th of November I ordered my childrens gift from Takealot. On the 11th of December, nearly 2 weeks later they notify me the product is out of stock and my order has been canceled, I checked and no other suppliers on Takealot stock the item so I had to get a refund. The refund is going to take 7 days according to my bank. This leaves me no time to place an order somewhere else as it will not be in time for Christmas.
