Takealot ruins Christmas!

Ordered goods especially for Christmas and made sure that the date of delivery would be before Christmas. Today they changed the delivery date to the 29th December. I first tried to split the order and then I was told no...then I requested to cancel the order and get a refund and the consultant said no. How can they be so disrespectful. The fault is on their side, not mine.
