Takealot ruined my son's Christmas

<p>I am livid with the experience I have had with Takealot. I had purchased a number of items from them and upon delivery I discovered that one item which was my son's Christmas present was not delivered. I sent them an email informing them of this on Thursday the 22 December 2016. And no response. I called them on Saturday at about 09:18 and was informed that they will follow up and let me know. No reposnse. I called them again at 12:11, still no reposne. I called again at 16;10 and was informed that they will follow up with the courier. I still did not receive my item on this day.</p> <p>On Christamas day my son very hurt and sad, asked my why Santa did not bring him a Christmas present.</p> <p>I again followed up with them on the 26th December 2016 at about 09:55, and again was informed that they will follow up with the courier.</p> <p>I am R800 out of pocket, with no presnt for my son, and a very hurt little boy.</p> <p>Thank you Takelot for ruining mine and my son's Christmas.</p>
