Takealot ruined my daughters 3rd birthday

I ordered 3 items and 20 units of each as gifts for my daughters 3rd birthday school party.of the 3 items 2 came in the correct amount.the 3rd only came in 3 units.i ordered them in advance and they were suppose to be delivered in the 28th as my daughters birthday was on 31st.they were delivered late on the 29th and the order was incomplete.when I called to find out what was happening.i was hung up on twice.i was told there are no managers available or they are In some meeting.i was told a manager would call me back,no one did.no one had information for me.i am so disappointed and I would like my refund and for compensation as I had to scramble and look for another gift.
