Takealot ruined my Christmas shopping!

I buy A LOT of stuff on takealot, and order almost monthly. But for my Christmas presents, one of the presents didnt come and 5 of them was the wrong thing!! 5!!!!!! Are you kidding me?? After I sent them back, 2 are suddenly out of stock and the others wont come till after Christmas! The ones that are out of stock, I Could immediately get another one on takealot just from a different supplier, apparently they cant figure that out. Seriously, you should check before sending orders. I ordered these gifts on and before 4 December tomake sure there is enough time. Now its a few days before Christmas and I have to rush to find gifts! The other one ismy sons birthday present for the 1st of Jan. You sent that one wrong too, and I havent been able to find it in a store. And I have sent it back 4 days ago, and still waiting to hear if you are going to sort it out, and if my son is going to have his bday present in time or if that is messed up too! Super disappointed in takealot!!!!
