Takealot ruined Christmas

Takealot has failed in providing secure delivery of my order#***4 which was scheduled to be delivered to me 19th of December only to get a message on the date of delivery that my parcel was lost in transit and I have not received any communication since about the replacement of goods And I was really hoping to get before Christmas as a gift to a loved one
