Takealot: ******* Service Delivery

I bought for years from them but recently their service is utter garbage. Drivers lie that they tried to deliver by do not even call for access codes to the estate. There are items being opened in the warehouse because components are missing. They also ignore requests to refund money that was spent on next-day delivery. This is the 3rd order that they've messed up in 5 orders and have made no attempt to refund me for losses!

Their services are falling to pieces and I do not recommend using them.
