Takealot Robbing Customers Who Struggle Financially

Good day,

I wish to have a conversation with Takealot management. The perfume I bought from your company is exactly the price I pay for the legit perfume. However I tried to give your company a chance, I bought 4 bottles of Armaf Odessey. To my surprise they were counterfeits.

I made an absolute fool out of myself to buy someone a gift, just to hear that the perfumes aren't worth what I paid for.

I will be lodging a complaint on Hello Peter as well as the Ombudsman, as the items are not returnable.

I hereby wish to ask for a refund on the perfumes as they aren't worth ****. All of them were opened with the hope that atleast one of the bottles would be the real deal.

You are dishonest and rob your customers.
