Takealot *********** people, false advertising

I ordered a laptop battery that stopped working after 5 days, the laptop was collected and I requested replacement, the replacement came and was not working, I requested a refund, that was on the 25th February and I still have not received my refund. Tracking the status it says return concluded. They are making false advertising promising refunds within 5-7 days, and the fact that they don't have a customer service line just frustrates the most, I am taking the matter tothe NCR, they cannot keep *********** people of their hard earned money. Enough
