Takealot ripped me off and called me a ****

I have had the worst customer service from Takealot.com I order a parcel from takealot The amount was 2780 I elected to pay COD The goods arrived a few days before the delivery that reflected on the app When the driver arrived to deliver I opened the package because the last time I order from them the goods were damaged packaging was torn I told the driver I cannot accepted delivery because the goods are damaged We had an argument and he start to insist I have to make payment!!! He refused to leave my premise claim he can’t take the goods back the box is open and I was forced to hand over the cash which I did While he stood there goods that were damage was logged and a return and refund was requested. The next day the same driver fetch the goods . I got msged from takealot that morning that a driver would come . To date they have not paid me. It’s been two weeks . I have been sending emails and callling the call center and they are claiming that I never received the parcel it was sent back and no payment was made . I have sent in all the proof but still they claim I didn’t take the parcel and it was sent back I sit with 6 items out of the 10 I ordered how did that happen . They are literally calling me a **** in the emails they send . My msg is this most ********* company I have ever dealt with . Besides a manger at the calll center Lawrence who never wanted to come on the phone to speak to me .. there’s is not a single person in management that you can get a hold off.. a national online company and not a single person has called me to even apologize for being harassed by the driver . There’s nobody at takealot who wants to help there’s no place you can go to actually see a person who can help you .. I have spent thousands in the past with this company and I was a good customer. This is how they treat there customers like dirt. If there’s anyone out there from takealot with any customer s****s and a moral compass I challenge you to call me and set up an app with you and the delivery guy in question.
