Takealot ripoff

Takealot. Ordered and paid on line for an item to be delivered to their outlet for collection. I sent a photo of the collection document etc to my Son for collection at the depot. My son went to collect and they refused to give it to him . I went to collect and they refused to give to me ( using a copy of details of transaction on my phone) I took the emailed copy of proof of payment order number etc and they still refused to hand over the goods. I did a test with Takealot with a R100 item and very glad it was not an expensive item. RIPOFF AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED Rather go and buy a product in store and save the hassle instead of three trips and still not have the product in hand. Now i'm offered a credit on my next purchase. What a shlep to get my money back. Mark Warner ***
