Takealot rip-off

So I was a Domestic worker for over 10 years. I had a dream of running my own business. I saved up and took a few loans. A friends told me about Takealot. I thought I could take my business to them and this would change my life. At this point I’m not sure if my decision was a wise one. I am not sure if Takealot would take me back to cleaning houses or to a better life.

I joined Takealot a few months ago. I have had sales on the platform. My current problem is not even R1 has made it to my bank account. I actually am owing Takealot R504. This accumulated from storage fee, and some big words I don’t understand. They make no effort to help new sellers understand these words. The idea of doing business is to make profit. If I’m not making any money, how can Takealot make any? This is disturbing me. I can’t sleep at night wondering if my decision was wise. What to do with all the stock. I need to get the stock in their DCs out but it’s not a language they speak. I really feel stuck. My other challenge is cash flow. They pay me every 7 days so how do I get to stock for new orders while they have the money with. ?Already they say I owe them which means I sent my stock to them for charity. I pay courier and for nothing. Please help
