Takealot rewriting negative reviews

Went back on my reviews and found an old one for a product that I had reviewed negatively, that I thought never made it past Takealot's moderators (they don't seem to like critical reviews of products). However, the review was indeed posted at some point, EXCEPT while it still gave two stars, the wording had changed to "Works perfectly" - how is that even possible? Are Takealot rewriting people's reviews? Seems that way... Is there some kind of industry ombud we can raise this with?
