TakeAlot revolting customer service

I am disgusted by the revolting customer service from this company. I received a message saying my delivery will arrive on Wednesday and it did not arrive. On Friday I called to follow up and they told me i will only get my delivery Monday. The lies that the *********** customer service agents by the name of Nceba M and Carl Mars promising me I will get my parcel Friday morning and then they do not respond to emails. I regret not listening to all the complaints regarding this pathetic business, they know NOTHING about customer service and they are defiantly the worst!!!! Do yourself a favor and delete your app!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
