Takealot reviews don't show negative review, but drops price.

I buy a lot of products on Takealot and in general I am happy with their service. Recently I bought a phone flip cover. After less than 2 weeks it started falling apart, even the plastic "inner" started breaking apart. So I posted a review on Takealot, giving it 1 star. I was informed that the review would appear in 7 days. When I looked the next day I noticed the price for the product had dropped 67%. Coincidence? Perhaps. After 7 days my review was still not showing. I contacted Takealot about this and was informed that my issue would be looked into. After 48 hours, nothing more. I rely on reviews on Takealot to make buying decisions. Now I can't do that anymore and I urge other people to take the reviews with truckloads of salt.
