Takealot review not being published

In 2021 I reviewd a product on takealot and the review was rejected because I mention the service of takealot itself. I reviewed the 'Gretmol 6 cube stackable storage' product in white colour.

Putting it together can take some time and when you are almost done and then realise there are parts missing can be quite irritating. To return to takealot, you have to take the entire unit apart again (which, both putting together and taking apart can be a painful process on your hands) I had sent this product back several times to takealot, stating every single time that the reason for my exchange was that there was pieces missing in the box. I kept receiving a replacement product with the exact same problem.

I don't know if takealot forwarded my complaints to the supplier of the product but eventually I just returned the product because neither takealot nor the supplier paid any attention to my comments regarding the missing pieces. Nobody followed up on my numerous returns and they never double checked the boxes before sending it out to make sure that all the pieces were there to put the unit together.

Even though takealot did collect and exchange and eventually refund the product, the entire exercise was very annoying, and I feel that both the product as well as takealot needed to be reviewed regarding this.
