Takealot review censor

Takealot is censoring product reviews. I ordered a headlamp, however received a different, much cheaper headlamp. When I returned the item in order for it to be replaced by the correct one I was told that it’s no longer in stock, yet it was still advertised on the website by the same supplier. I tried to leave a review to warn other buyers but the review was rejected. Reason given is that it’s against their policy. If you read the policy it limits what could be said about the product and the supplier, yet a review of the supplier is relevant to a buying decision especially when the same product is advertised by different suppliers. Having the wrong item sent and upon returning is given the excuse that it’s out of stock while still being actively advertised as available smells fishy. In addition this item took two weeks to deliver, so three weeks down the line (because it takes them a week to finalise the refund) I’m back to square one.
