Takealot Returns turning into a NIGHTMARE

I have had a return from HELL and keep getting an automated response saying" my return is concluded " when trying to get sorted. Takealot courriers have picked up the incorrect return item (not even a Takealot item) and concluded the return when I am still holding the incorrect item that was initially sent. Not everything can be sorted with an automated service. I am so disappointed that the level of service has dropped so low as I used to be an avid Takealot fan.
