Takealot returns service a sham

I bought a pool in November during black friday. The pool part got damaged and as it was still under warranty i returned the pool. I was asked what I want from 3 options. The options were: 1. A replacement 2. Repair 3. A refund I picked a replacement and was told that the supplier is out of stock. I then opted for repair and still they couldn't repair my pool. I never asked for a refund but that is what I got in the end. A week after I was told the pool was out of stock, there it was back in stock and still they refused to replace the pool due to the price difference. Im appalled at the treatment that you are asked what you want and just because what I want now costs more I'm told its out of stock. This is no way to treat customers.
