TAKEALOT Returns Process

I had an issue with a Google TV Box that I had bought and once I started using it, I realized that it is not google license approved, meaning the google play and google apps do not work on the device, I since returned the device and now, its been two days with no communication and I have sent emails and no response, with takealot not having a contact center where you can call in and speak to someone directly it makes the return process really frustrating because now you have to rely on email for communication and they just don't respond to email
