Takealot returns policy

Takealot returns policy is terrible, irrational and frankly ******* as it goes against the CPA. Customers have a right to return an item and get a full refund even if they changed their mind/an item is not fit for purpose as long as it is within 6 months and it is still intact and in original packaging.
