Takealot Returns Policy a hoax...
I bought a \Sony PlayStation 4 Epic Console Bundle"while on the daily deals special yet only a few days after receiving the product it stopped working (still being in the 14-day return). I contacted Sony and they informed me the device is at fault and I should return it to the supplier for a replacement. However after getting ignored by the returns department for 3 days I finally got a hold of Kim who I explained the situation to:<br> <br> The only broken part of the package was the PlayStation itself"
