Takealot returns policy

I ordered a Megamaster 320 gas braai.

Nowhere did it mention that is flat pack merchandise and that the delivery people will not assemble it. Having paid two people R450 for the assembly it had some damage to the front plate and to the paint. I then took the front plate to my local Stellembosch depot, but the only way I can get it replaced is if I collect the part in Montagu Gardens... The other option is to have the entire braai replaced which I foolishly chose - I should have asked for a refund(Once you have made a choice it cannot be changed). Takealot will deliver a new braai to my house which I can reject to (hopefully) get a refund. BUT to return the original braai I have to repack it - another R450 down the drain. My second and very last experience with Takealot.
