Takealot returns not being processed

I have returned a product which is only 6 months old due to devectiveness more than a month ago and till date Takealot.com is unable to provide me on feedback regarding the progress and the estimated time of return of the product. It is an product of more than R7500.

I have emailed numerous times, phoned numerous times and all feedback I get is that we will follow up and get back to you. Guess what... It never happens. Takealot.com is a good company but after sales is pathetic and they do not abide by their own return policies. Advice - if you buy an expensive product with warranties, buy it from a legitimate store which uphold their return policies.
