Nobody called for pickup, it has been two months now. Caren does not respond to my emails anymore.

See below link with all takealot sms's sent for pickup, but I never got a call from the courier and they never arrived to pick up the parcel. I am at work during the day, the plasma unit is at my house. They have to phone me as requested.

I gave up with Takealot now, I have never had such poor service from an online supplier. I would be grateful if you can help me solve this problem.
