Takealot returns/ no returns more like

I logged a return/exchange for a lead acid solar battery with Takealot on 14 April and received a message from them that the item will be collected on Monday 17 April…. They never collected and I got no feedback from them as to why…so the next day I got a message again that they will collect the item before 5pm and yet again they were a no show….so I decided to contact their customer care centre…where the customer care agent assured me that they will collect the item before 5 pm today Wednesday 19 April…. And yet again they were a no show. This makes me wary now…my line of thinking is if and when they finally collect the battery am I going to get a replacement or a refund or are they just going to give me the run around again and hope I lose interest and hope in the whole issue all together. I suppose I will just have to hope that they have some form of good business ethics and trust that they will do the right thing…fingers crossed And people wonder why South African companies are closing down all over…APPALING BUSINESS ETHICS AND NO AFTER SALES SERVICE
