TakeAlot returns is Pathetic and unethetical Liers.

After a huge struggle to get Takealot to refund my return and no luck,i turned to hellopeter this morning.All of a sudden Takealot only then rep**** on email that i am out of the 30 day return,pathetic because i have pictures and proof on my CCTV on 30May 12:55 that the couriers was here to get package but they wasnt sure what to do so i didnt gave it to them.They made 2 appointments thereafter to collect and they didnt pitch up.So i went to their depot to return my package on 12 June 10:59 also with proof of pictures and timelog.Now my question is why are takealot saying my 30 day period is out....cant they do maths or what???.The package nr was RRN-5FB1-408B.I was well in my 30 days and got proof why are you lying not to refund me or is that the way you operate without checking out the facts,or notify so i can proof what i am stating....TakeAlot is Pathetic with refunds and only wants your money with no after sales ,just EMPTY PROMISES!!!!!
