Takealot returns - Good luck - Cant wait for Amazon

The purchasing through takealot is generally pretty slick and easy. However once you have to return something good luck, i have had the following: 1) Emails ignored. 2) Requests for calls ignored. 3) Parts i sent in not returned 4) Defective parts returned as they noted there was nothing wrong with it 5) Goods acknowledged - case closed and no refund, no return of product nothing, they have essentially just said thanks for sending it back and done nothing.

So i am going to go with rather just dont buy from them in the first place.
