Takealot returns

I have been buying from takealot for many years and the service has been pathetic this year. I bought at 70inch Samsung in December. In June the picture quality kept changing and I logged a return in July as it has a warranty. The tv was collected in August and I requested a refund. The supplier insisted they will not refund but replace the LCD screen. Depite several emails , this was done and takealot returned the TV on 18th August. the tv was recieved with a cracked scrren! on unboxing the screen was cracked and completely blue. I have taken pictures and called several times and no resolution. The call centre agents have escalated to a manager who hasnit responded at all. The Takealot app states that refund is rejected due to craked screen. So who do I escalate this to as no one at Takealot responds, call centre agents either don't answer call, don't respond to emails!
