Takealot returns disappointing

So disappointed with Takelot returns. I got a new phone from them which I tried to set up but when trying to install the very first app needed, it would not install. I literally spent 10 mins with the phone before putting it back in the box and sending it back for credit as it is completely useless to me as I need it for work. They returned the phone to me saying that it is used and damaged which is absolute nonsense. I have spent so much money on this site in the past but this phone will be the very last thing I ever buy from them. So annoyed.
