I returned the above mentioned 4 months ago and still up to today the matter is not yet resolved.

The USB input on the device was faulty and confirmed.

Now,

The stock can't even be found during a warehouse sweep.

I still am a regular customer making use of their services but How can this specific returns take so long?????
