I have had my fair share with online purchases, especially from Takealot. I once had a return logged, the the response was so swift. I logged the return the morning, by 9 am I had a time for collection the same day. When the driver collected the package, I received a message from Takealot informing me when the refund would take place. next day, the money was refunded back into my account. The way the system is programmed is very convenient. From the time I lodged the refund up until the time my money was refunded. I COMMEND TAKEALOT for EXCELLENT SERVICE on their REFUND SIDE.
