Takealot Returns - Bad Service

Take A lot Return policy very poor The Return Service is so bad. Bought an iPad last year and its now not working - logged a call to return in on the 6 July 23, firstly i was not told to disable the find my phone before returning it a week or so later i got an e-mail to let me know that i must disable the find my phone, and another week later got a call from the courier guy who had returned the iPad, no communication nor nothing, i was actually surprised when i got a call that there a delivery for me from take a lot. Exactly 2 months later the iPad is not working and it is with the supplier. I'm regretting as to why didn't i go to I store to buy the iPad instead of take a lot. I will be taking this up with the Consumer Goods. I will never buy anything from Takealot ever.
