Takealot returns are useless.

I buy most of my stuff on Takealot, well I used to, in future I think I shall look elsewhere. A simple return of a cell phone, crucial to me being able to make a living has taken over a month with no details or feedback provided as to what is happening and when I can get it back. Pretty disappointed as this is the basics and they can't get it right. But then again, they have got your money so why focus on returns, right?
