Takealot returns are pathetic and don't care for the customers

I bought a heater on 7 June which was delivered on 12 June 2019. Lodge a return due to the fact that the heater is defective and up until now the heater was not collected. I had lodged a query telephonically and they promised to pick up the heater today 24 June 2019 and now im still here sitting with the defective heater in the cold. Winter will finish while I'm still waiting for takealot to collect the heater. Ive been using takealot for a while but now they have shown me how bad they are when it come to return of defective goods.
