takealot returns are absolutely useless

These *****s are useless. I returned my broken office chair last month and takealot have been unable to send me a replacement chair. Initially replacing a totally different chair on another order... after that mess was resolved, I am still without the replacement chair. And their customer care agents are as useless as a one legged man in a ball kicking contest.

Trying to actually get hold of these people is also futile, as the phone number doesn't get answered and uses an automated message to tell you to use the online help form to submit a support request. They also don't have a direct email.

So no number, no email, and you are left with very few avenues to pursue for actual support.
