takealot returns and warrantee a big ****

I bought a sewing machine last year it was Brothers brand waist of money , that machine is made of plastics it keeps on breaking , i send it back for refund or exchange on the 22 of Nomver 2022 , within few days return was cocluded and declined due to missing iteams , i went back to Takealot kyasands and drop the missing accesories , i have been calling the whole week no one was giving me the concrete answer up until today when i was told that the missing accesories that i have dropped are missing somewhere in the warehouse ,,,,,like really for how long will i have to wait until i get the refund back i need a new sewing machine my business is suffering , takealot i want my money i cannot **** me like that
