Takealot returns and support - very poor!!

Very poor customer service for a return, no one reads the actual ticket that has been raised and the details behind the scenario. Cannot phone anyone or speak to a consultant in order to get better assistance. I have left my number with the support team and asked to be called, but nothing to date.
