Takealot returns and same day delivery ''priority'' option blunder

I purchased an item from Takealot when I opened the box it was faulty/damaged. I returned the item immediately for a replacement on the 14th of June 2023. I had paid an extra fee for same-day delivery (even the box was written priority). After returning the item I was told I would get it the next day, it's been days now and I am still waiting. Regardless, on the system it shows that they do have stock in CPT but I guess it shows paying for the same-day delivery doesn't help or it means that Takealot doesn't have the money to replace the same-day delivery option for their customers.
