Takealot returns and replacements

Over a week ago I requested a replacement for the stroller I ordered and paid cash for it. I have been calling takealot since to assist me by sending a replacement, they sent a stroller that is missing accessories for the back wheels. I have new born that needs a stroller and I have been waiting for my replacement over a week now, I keep calling takealot and getting the same response ever since. It has seems that the return department is ignoring their emails and not attending to them. I am deeply disappointed in takealot. They used to have a good customer servicea in all departments.
