Takealot Returns and Refunds

I would like to express my deepest regret for buying from Takealot.com, I have recently purchased ZYS - Full Aluminium Door with Frame. The door handles were damaged on arrival. I logged a call for return, their couriers took the handles. Now takealot insists that they should have taken the entire thing. I have been stuck with a frame without handles, I cant return the frame without the handles and takealot does not have a clue where the door handles are. Noone is helping at takealot.

So consumers out there be aware that takealot return process is full of nonsense. This has been going on for 3weeks.
